Well, apparently Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's youngest daughter Tallulah does. She's only 14 years old and her parents let her leave the house with a tiny pair of denim shorts that leaves little to the imagination. What kind of a girl leaves that house with her arse hanging out!? I've witnessed instances like this before and I really was left to question the parenting!? But then again who am I to judge.

ew! those booty shorts are wayy too much for a 14 year old. especially one who knows the paps will be around.
I have nothing against wearing tiny shorts at a young age if you want!
I mean its her choice blah blah but the fact her butt was popping out is a little too much!
